We use Zoom for all our online classes.
Once you have booked a class you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting (the live class).
Please check you have everything you need before joining the meeting, for details please read the class details on the yoga or t’ai chi & chi gung page.
Once in the meeting you can keep your camera and audio off to ensure your privacy.

Your Body Your Move classes are for everyone.
However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen.
If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only.
Participating in our classes requires you – the participant – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel exertion one should also feel relaxed.
