Your Body Your Move was founded by husband and wife team John Buckett (he/his) and Jo Reynolds (she/hers).

Both of us are on a journey to enrich our lives through practicing yoga, t’ai chi, chi gung, and general fitness. We’re creating inclusive spaces for people to join us. You can check out our website and social media channels to learn more.

Meet The Team

John

I’ve been practicing yoga and t’ai chi for over 30 years and have found that gentle stretching and movement has brought many benefits in both mind and body.

When running classes, my focus is to guide others towards better health, at their own pace.

I continue to practice and learn and enjoy sharing what I have learned so far with others.

Jo

I run the website and our social media channels.

John’s been gently encouraging me to try yoga and t’ai chi since 2018, but it took a period of illness in 2023 for me to decide to give it a proper go. I have a demanding job, a busy family life, and some health challenges, so I’m learning how to integrate yoga and t’ai chi into my life and seeing the benefits.
